All account ledgers, commission distribution, and weekly currency dispatches are securely audited and executed independently via our network partner, Digistore24 Inc.

2. Smart Link & 180-Day Cookie Window

We deploy a proprietary Dynamic Link Wrapping engine that captures incoming parameters such as aff (Affiliate ID) and cam (Campaign Code) immediately upon user arrival.

Utilizing Digistore24’s premium tracking architecture, your referred leads are protected inside a secure 180-day cookie window. This guarantees that your commission rights remain locked to your partner profile for up to 6 months without risk of data leakage.

3. Purely Digital SaaS Distribution

Partners must explicitly state across all marketing channels that GPSTracking Global provides 100% digital software licenses and cloud telematics subscriptions. There are absolutely no hardware terminals or physical devices sold or shipped through this platform.

All software limits and object tracking profiles are activated server-side via automated REST API synchronization.

4. PPC Marketing & Brand Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on corporate trademarked keywords across pay-per-click engines (including Google Ads or Bing Advertising).

Forbidden search phrases include: "GPSTracking Global", "gpstracking.com.tr", "gpsmonitor.com.tr", or any core telematics trademark variant. Violating profiles will be permanently banned from the network, and pending balances will be frozen.

5. Gate Compatibility & Traffic Quality

Because subscription paths are filtered based on a strict role hierarchy verified live at the Enterprise License Gate, promotional campaigns should target authentic B2B demographics, enterprise fleets, and logistics software operators.

The use of automated traffic bots, malicious pop-unders, or deceptive redirects designed to manipulate our validation gateway interfaces constitutes a severe compliance breach.

6. Network Audits & Governing Law

We reserve full administrative authority to audit incoming referral traffic fields and query parameters. All operational guidelines, partner rights, and structural definitions under this contract framework are parsed and governed in strict accordance with Turkish Law.
