2. Enterprise Gate & Role Eligibility

To utilize our profile queries, you must be an authorized representative of a legal entity or at the age of majority. When executing an inquiry inside our Enterprise License Gate, your registered email is matched synchronously against database entries hosted on our primary operations networks (gpstracking.com.tr and gpsmonitor.com.tr).

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with Turkish Law, aligned directly with our primary network contracts.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of this gateway must first be submitted to diligent, good-faith informal negotiations within thirty (30) calendar days. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the courts of Türkiye shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding.
