1. 5-Year Master Data Archiving
Core transactional datasets, account creation parameters, and master license records are stored securely within our encrypted operational databases for a strict period of five (5) years from the date of profile termination or license expiration.
This compliance window is enforced in direct alignment with international auditing mandates and legal record-keeping standards governed across our server networks.
2. Live Map Replay & Short-Interval Optimization
To maintain high-speed load balancing and optimize server topology performance, historical asset coordinates are available for visual playback inside the Map Replay Module of our monitor interface (gpsmonitor.com.tr).
To prevent structural memory overload, tracking histories are rendered exclusively in short operational intervals. Users explicitly acknowledge that long-range, continuous raw logs are optimized dynamically to ensure seamless telematics navigation layout.
3. 1-Year Digital Service Term
All deployment licenses and premium cloud tracking configurations purchased through our dynamic link infrastructure are active for a fixed service window of one (1) calendar year from the timestamp of payment verification.
Access right parameters, object connection pipelines, and telemetry ingestion nodes are bound to this annual timeframe and must be systematically renewed via the authorized gateway to prevent account suspension.
4. Judicial Disclosure & Court Mandates
We enforce absolute confidentiality boundaries regarding user data logs. Historical telemetry data, coordinate packets, and profile records are kept strictly internal and are shielded from informal third-party requests.
However, in absolute compliance with statutory state requirements, we reserve the right to disclose specific historical datasets exclusively upon receiving a formal, written court order, judicial warrant, or authorized legal request issued by a competent court of law.
5. Age Limit & Account Eligibility
The use of our telemetry services, registration forms, and profile verification gateways is restricted strictly to enterprise entities or individuals who have attained the age of majority (18 years or older).
Minors under the age of 18 are explicitly prohibited from registering an account, initiating sub-user parameters, or utilizing the live tracking nodes independently. Any profile discovered violating this threshold will be purged instantly without notice.
6. Hardware & Jurisdiction Immunity
Our ecosystem operates as a 100% digital software-only SaaS interface. We assume no responsibility for physical equipment failures, vehicle wiring damage, or illegal covert tracking actions executed by users.
All compliance clauses, financial limits, and structural data disputes under this legal framework are parsed and governed exclusively in accordance with Turkish Law.
